WINES

 2017  KIAMIE KUVÉE

Brooding, intertwined aromas of ash, blackened pepper, ham hock, and fresh tobacco slowly unfold into layer upon layer of blackberry, plum, and candied raspberries of noted depth and complexity.  Despite this wine's palpable power, there's a sense of elegance and grace that provide a captivating contrast framed by bright acidity and classy tannins.

Recommended Food Pairing:
Provencal herb-encrusted crowned rack of lamb served over a bed of quinoa with sautéed speck, roasted garlic and pine nuts with a side of pan-seared baby brussel sprouts in a balsamic reduction.
